A video captured a woman pulling a gun on a couple in the parking lot of a King Soopers near Federal Heights, Colorado. The incident occurred a few days ago around 7 p.m. when the couple, who wish to remain anonymous, found themselves stuck behind a stationary vehicle in the crowded parking lot. After honking to signal the car to move, the woman emerged from the vehicle, cursing at them.
The couple began recording the encounter on their phone when the woman pulled out a gun with a blue laser sight.
"I looked down on my shirt, and I can see the laser on my shirt, and I was like we have to go, we have to go, like I was really scared," one of the passengers told KDVR.
They quickly backed out of the parking lot and contacted law enforcement.
The woman, described as wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, returned the gun to her pocket after flashing it. The couple reported the incident to the police and plan to press charges. The Federal Heights Police Department is currently investigating the situation.
This incident follows a recent road rage shooting in Las Vegas, highlighting ongoing concerns about violence in public spaces. The couple expressed regret over honking, suggesting they might have avoided the confrontation by being more patient.
