Superload Number 4 Leaves Fairgrounds Road in Ross County

On Thursday, I caught the arrival of Superload 4 from State Route 104 just north of State Route 207, and recorded it being backed up into the road to the Ross Country Fairgrounds where it rested overnight – you can watch my video in my story

This morning, it left for Pickaway County and Rickenbacker Airport where it will sleep tonight. The shipping crew is taking it slow because this is the first run for this batch of shipments. Because of the weekend and Monday’s expected solar eclipse traffic, it should arrive in New Albany Tuesday.

Matt Bruning, press secretary of the Ohio Department of Transportation, has been posting ODOT’s tower cam and drone photos of superloads en route in his News Facebook page.
