A 9-1-1 call was made September 6th by a crying woman who said a male was hitting her. Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an address on Patrician Drive off Clinton Road west of Chillicothe where they made contact with her, and she was visibly upset.
Deputies spoke to 40-year-old Brian M. Norman there, and then ordered him out of the home. He tried to stay inside, so he was detained.
The woman showed signs of assault and had a busted lip, as well marks on her neck, and the collar of her shirt was ripped. As she was treated by EMS she told them she had been strangled.
