Asti Powell, a city employee who was serving as director of the land bank and had success getting grants, has moved on. As chairman, Mayor Luke Feeney says he and city employees will fill in, as they consider hiring a director.

Feeney says the Land Bank welcomes suggestions of properties for them to consider from the public.
