Monday night, Chillicothe Council remembered long-time council clerk John Fosson, who retired from their service in 2021. Council member Dustin Proehl gave a short but emotional eulogy.
Fosson died April 20th at age 74 at Heartland Promedica, following an extended illness. He's survived by his wife Cris.
He served Chillicothe as a member of council, and later, 30 years as clerk of council. He also had law offices in both Chillicothe and Waverly.
Calling hours will be 2 to 5pm Friday, April 28th, followed by a Celebration of Life, at Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Find his obituary on their website.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grateful Hearts Senior Dog Rescue.
