April is Child Abuse Awareness month. Ross County Sheriff George Lavender's office reports that in 2022, there were 2,266 reported abuse cases total in Chillicothe and Ross County.
Both the Sheriff and the Chillicothe Police Department remind you that If you hear or see something, please do your part and report to it either to the Sheriffs office at 740-773-1186 or the Police at 740-773-1191.
