A representative of a group that defends solar farms spoke to the Ross County Commissioners Monday, and Kevin Coleman was there.
Tony Zartman is a Field Specialist with the nonprofit "Land & Liberty Coalition" which he describes as a conservative pro-energy group. He says they are concerned about property rights and energy production, and that for national security the U.S needs to produce more energy to be less dependent upon other nations.
Zartman says he was a farmer for 25 years, then a commissioner for 12 years, in Pauding County, so he knows the field when he advises local governments and organizations to make an educated decision about "renewable energy."
