The Ross County Commissioners met Tuesday, instead of Monday's legal holiday. They passed their budget for 2023.
Commissioner Dwight Garrett said he was happy with the result of a month of number-crunching with the county auditor, with the result of $31,640,258.71. He said the funding in the budget is is status quo, and there there are no surprises in it.
The commissioners start the new year Tuesday with new member Jack Everson, who won over long-time incumbent Doug Corcoran.
