Less than 100 tickets are left for the second annual "Chillicothe Christmas Tour of Historic Homes" this coming weekend.
Terressa Reep is with the tour, as well as the Yoctangee Park light show "Shine on Chillicothe," which the tour helps fund.
The old Post Office on Paint Street, now "The Postmark" event center, will be the headquarters. Reep points out that they now own the house behind it on East 5th Street, which is a bed & breakfast they named "The Letterbox."
11 decorated buildings will be open, concentrated near 5th and Paint. and on West Second, Vine, and Church streets. Most are homes, but one stop is the Willis-James Bed & Breakfast, which was unfinished in last year's tour. The Historical Society's Franklin House is also on the tour.
Tickets are $20 through Eventbrite. Learn more there, or on the tour's Facebook page.
