The Ross County Genealogical Society is holding their largest annual fundraiser this weekend to support their research library and archives.
The yard sale and bake sale is 9 to 2 this Friday and Saturday, August 19th & 20th, in their library at 303 South Paint Street in Chillicothe. A bag sale starts noon Saturday, with $3 per paper sack.
You can drop off gently used items, baked goods, and monetary donations during regular hours. To volunteer or ask questions, call or text 740-701-6090. You can also learn more on their Facebook page.
The Ross County Genealogical Society also offers presentations during their monthly meetings, usually second Tuesday evenings.
