Monday night, Chillicothe Council heard that the area will be featured in central Ohio media in a week and a half.
Allison Henderson, chair of the Parks & Recreation and Tourism committee in Chillicothe Council, mentioned it. She said Chillicothe will be highlighted May 9th through May 12th. She said she was proud our area was getting some statewide coverage.
This will be on NBC Channel Four's "Live Happy Live Well." It's a series begun this year on day trips and road trips for active middle-agers.
According to a preview video on the show's website, central Ohio media personality Shawn Ireland hosts five-minute daytime TV segments, compiled into a half hour show on the weekend.
