The Waverly Police Department is investigating a report of a stabbing following a report of a firearm at a bar.
They report that at about 2am Friday, a man arrived at Adena Pike Hospital with a possible stab wound related from an altercation at Denny’s Dog House. He was flown to Grant Hospital.
The department had responded to the bar five minutes earlier after being advised that a man outside the bar had a possible firearm, but all involved subjects had left the scene.
