A third person involved in the death of a Chillicothe woman at Hocking Hills State Park in 2019 has been sentenced. Court documents released Wednesday show Miranda Spencer was given a suspended 90-day jail sentence after pleading guilty to obstructing official business.
Spencer was with Jordan Buckley and Jaden Churchheus when they pushed a log from a cliff above Old Man's Cave and fatally struck Victoria Schafer.
Buckley and Churchheus pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter and were sentenced to three-years at juvenile corrections.
