Pike County Sheriff Tracy Evans reports that at 8pm Thursday, an officer found a man with his eyes open slumped over the wheel of a vehicle reported as suspicious on Tile Mill Road.
Terry Wilburn was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Pike County for no operators license, but at his request was transported to Adena Pike Hospital for evaluation.
170 grams of suspected meth was found in his silver Volkswagon, with additional charges pending test results.
