Chillicothe City Council members approved three agenda items on Monday. All after waiving the three-read rule, council passed a resolution for the city to file applications for various grants through ODOT, an ordinance for the city to accept donations for the annual July 4th fireworks display, and an ordinance to pay nearly $7,000 to install MARCS radio and extra equipment into a new squad.
An ordinance supporting a community yard sale in June will move on for a third reading at the next council session.
