The Chillicothe Ross County Public Library is rolling out a new service. The library is introducing “Click & Collect Curbside Pickup” with use of the SEO Libraries App. Patrons will be able to request materials from the library catalog via the SEO Libraries App, and will then be notified when the materials are ready to be picked up.
Patrons will then be able to use the app to provide the library with their estimated time of arrival at the library, as well as the make, model and color of their vehicle. A library staff member will then check the items out for the patron, and deliver them to the patron’s vehicle.
