The Ross County Grand Jury returned all 22 of their cases Friday, with six open.

In one, according to the Ross County Prosecutor's Office, 33-year-old Craig L. Felts was staying at a home on Liberty Hill Road on December 12th and 13th. After Felts jump-started a motorcycle and left, the resident found he was missing $1,000 and two medications.
Felts was found several hours later unconscious in a driveway with $801 and two pill bottles on his person.
For indictments on three misdemeanor counts of theft, Felts could get up to six months and $1,000 in fines.

In another, according to the Ross County Prosecutor's Office, Chillicothe Police responded to glass breakage and an alarm on West Second Street January 22nd. They found 31-year-old Mason J. Lowery on a roof in the backyard. He said he had permission to be there and thought it was vacant, but left when a light came on.
The resident was inside and denied he had given permission, and found a broken window and other damage inside.
For indictments on felony burglary, Lowery could get up to eight years and $15,000 in fines.
