24/7 News Source -- The Highland County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a man accused of hitting a 22-month-old child with his car. Officials said that on January 5th, Nickolas D. Tilliard, 31, hit the child and dragged them a short distance before fleeing the scene. Tilliard is described as white with short hair, a trimmed beard, and a script lettering tattoo on the left side of his neck. Anyone with information on Tilliard's whereabouts is asked to contact the authorities immediately.
