Chillicothe City Council’s Transit Committee will consider a request for the establishment of a new Transit Reserve Fund.
The fund is required by the Ohio Department of Transportation and is meant to reserve funds needed for capital and operating expenditures once grant funding has been depleted. The fund would also be used to track capital expenditures as well as the carry-forward balance.
