The City of Chillicothe Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct their next meeting on November 24th at 4:30pm at the Big and Little Lions Shelters in Yoctangee Park.
Items on the agenda include:
Case 2020-030: Shawn Porter has requested an appeal of Chapter 905.01 of the Codified Ordinances concerning property located at 324 Fairway Avenue for exceeding the maximum curb cut.
Case 2020-031: Cheryl Morris has requested an appeal of Chapter 1173.04 (c) of the Codified Ordinances concerning property located at 695 East Fourth Street for fence height exceeding the maximum of 4’.
Case 2020-032: Amish Noodles (Old Capital Brewing) has requested an appeal of Chapter 1179.08 Table I of the Codified Ordinances concerning property located at 79 North Paint Street for exceeding the maximum number and size of signage.
Case 2020-033: McArthur-Redd LLC has requested an appeal of Chapter 1171.09 of the Codified Ordinances concerning property located at 133 Redd Street regarding the lack of required distance (150’) from the intersection to the proposed curb cut, which is only 110’ from the intersection.
