Chillicothe Council will meet at 7pm March 23rd...but in an "Emergency Situation."
Following state health protocols, council president Bruce Arnold has arranged for most council members to appear via video conferencing...for the very streamlined agenda of only four items.
There will be no public admittance, but the meeting will be broadcast on regular media channels Horizon 2 and Spectrum 1021.
Arnold will provide a phone number that the public can use during the meeting to make contact if needed.
