The Chillicothe Board of Zoning Appeals will convene for a special meeting on Tuesday, December 17th to consider a couple of requested cases.

The first is for a requested variance of the city’s ordinance regarding front yard setback for property located at 453 McKell Road. The other involves a similar request for property located at 621 Arch Street.

The Zoning Appeals Board will begin the meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday the 17th in the first-floor conference room at the Chillicothe Administration Building at 35 South Paint Street.
