In one, according to the Ross County Prosecutor's Office, on East Water Street a police officer pulled over 27-year-old Cody W. Perry of Chillicothe for a suspended licence. He was found to have a loaded .38 caliber handgun under his seat.
For indictments on carrying a concealed weapon under disability, Perry could get up to 4 1/2 years and $15,000 in fines.

According to the Ross County Prosecutor's Office, at Warren Avenue and East Main Street a police officer made a traffic stop on 34-year-old Kacie M. Smith, with 38-year-old Kyle A. Davis as passenger, both of Chillicothe.
A search found a container with .22 grams of cocaine on Davis, and a baggie of .99 grams of Fentanyl on Smith.
In the two cases, for indictments on drug possession, each could get up to one year and $2,500 in fines.
