The 60-year-old Davis is jailed in Franklin County after being charged with a felony count of having sexually oriented matter involving a minor. He was arrested by police after being served a warrant at his Upper Arlington home, Thursday morning.

An initial court hearing is scheduled for Davis on Friday morning.
