Fisher was sentenced to two years in prison in January on charges of sexual battery, after allegations of sexual misconduct between Fisher and two former students.

Ross County Prosecutor, Jeff Marks, said a conference call was conducted on August 26th. More discussions with the victims, the attorneys and judge will be held in coming weeks.

Fisher's sentence came in opposition to a plea deal struck with prosecution, who had suggested community control rather than prison time, in exchange for an Alford plea from Fisher. Fisher's request early judicial release in June.
