Concern over a local parody website that has come close to mimicking the City of Chillicothe government site, has Mayor Luke Feeney asking the city law director as to what happens if the parody website crosses the line and causes public harm..
Mayor Feeney says he knows parody of government is legal, but says the courts have stated a person's freedom of speech does not allow them to yell "fire" in a crowded theatre..
The mayor says he admits he is not an expert on "parody law", which is why he's asking the city law director to look into the matter..
