Circleville Council meets in regular session at 7 tonight with five items on their agenda, including the third and final reading of the tax budget for 2020.
Before then, the Finance Committee meets at 6 and will discuss the proposed ballot issue to raise the city income tax from 2% to 2.5%.
After council, the Long Range Strategic Planning Committee meets about 7:30 to discuss funding of community services.
