The Chillicothe Utilities Department reports they will be flushing fire hydrants in Chillicothe's East Side beginning Monday, June 3.
There may be a temporary discoloration that should clear up after running the water for a short time, and it's recommended to refrain from doing laundry until the water runs clear. No boil advisory is anticipated.
Flushing will be within the area east of Courtland Drive, west of Warner Avenue, north of Main Street, and south of the Bridge Street Bridge. This will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm.
