Mayor Luke Feeney says in this case, the best decision by the city engineer made last year- was to wait. He says a decision by the city engineer last year to wait after a high bidding process, will net savings to the city of about $300,000.

Paving and creating a sidewalk will also be a part of that project as it rounds the corner near the Chillicothe Country Club.
