The producers of "Tecumseh!" recently held their major fundraiser, "Cead Mile Failte."
Brandon Smith is the CEO of the Scioto Society, which operates Sugarloaf Mountain Ampitheatre. He said they host a St. Patrick's Day party because it's during a slow time for them, and no one else had focused on the holiday.
This was their 6th year, and it made about $100,000 for all they produce.
That includes a new production featuring music by ABBA, "Mama Mia."
Brian Clowdus is the creator of the popular Halloween-season "Sleepy Hollow Experience" on Sugarloaf, and smith says Clowdus wanted to do something more...in four months. So there will be ten performances of the ABBA-inspired musical in the first two weeks of May.
But, they will still have still Shakespeare and Bluegrass.
