Ross Commissioners Declare Disaster After February Flash Flooding

With all the rain and damages to infrastructure, the Ross County Commissioners report they signed a "Declaration of Disaster" in their Tuesday meeting, which has been forwarded to the Recovery Branch of the Ohio Emergency Management Agency in Columbus.

The Commissioners referenced the flash flooding February 7th through the 13th, which caused multiple road closures and multiple evacuations.
