The Chillicothe City School Board has voted to accept the Chillicothe Fitness & Racquet Club as a gift from John & Beverly Schwemlein.
Nothing will change for right now as the club has entered into a 6 month lease agreement with the schools in which they will continue running the club as is. During this time it will give the school an opportunity to figure out and get ready to start implementing their ideas to make this facility an even greater asset for the schools and community.
Since the club will now be utilized for some of the high school tennis matches, there may be times the club will have to bump league play or regular groups that conflict with the team schedule.
