Westfall and Huntington were the lone SVC softball teams to take Division 3 sectional titles on Friday, while Zane Trace and Piketon saw their seasons close.
The conference champion Lady Mustangs had a close call in a 4-2 win over Portsmouth West, to advance to the districts next week at Unioto High School.
Huntington came back from an early 2-1 deficit, to beat SVC foe Zane Trace 3-2.
Piketon was blanked by Leesburg Fairfield 6-0.
