The Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported an ATV injury crash on Spargursville Road on Tuesday, May 1st.
At about 2:52pm, 44-year-old Christopher A. Dunn of Bainbridge was southbound on Spargursville Road on a 1995 Suzuki four-wheeler.
It went off the right side of the road and struck a guardrail, ejecting Dunn.
He was transported from the scene by Twin Township EMS to Bourneville, where MedFlight flew him to OSU Wexner Medical Center for injuries sustained in the crash.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor.
