The City of Chillicothe is preparing for its annual 4th of July fireworks show, even though the event is months away.
Chillicothe City Council's Parks and Recreation Committee Chair, Ceil Corcoran, said donations are now being accepted now. In recent years, the show's fireworks expense is ranged from $15,000 to $20,000.
If you'd like to make a donation to the city fireworks display, simply contact the Chillicothe Parks and Recreation Department.
