Case 2018-009: Elvin Mickey Jr. has requested a variance of Chapter 1173.01 (e) of the Codified Ordinances at 212 South Walnut Street concerning rear yard setback for an accessory building, and Chapter 1137.05 (f) concerning lot coverage greater than 40%.
Case 2018-010: Timothy Jenkins has requested a variance of Chapter 1135.05 of the Codified Ordinances at 440 Stacey Road concerning front yard setback.
Case 2018-011: Pat McNeill has requested a variance of Chapter 1179.08 of the Codified Ordinances at 178-182 North Bridge Street concerning size of signage.
Case 2019-012: Coughlin Automotive has requested a variance of Chapter 1179.08 of the Codified Ordinances at 1221 North Bridge Street concerning minimum distance from the right-of-way.
