The Ross County NAACP annually honors someone from the community in the month of April who has made significant contributions to the citizens of Chillicothe and Ross County.
This year the Ross County NAACP will pay tribute to Carver Community Center for the many lives that have been shaped and touched by the people who have served on the board, worked at the Center or attended the center during the 73 years it has been open.
This Tribute will be held 6 pm Saturday, April 7th at the Christopher Conference Center.
