The City of Chillicothe Parks and Recreation Holiday Lights Competition winners have been announced.
Winners are listed below:
Norman Rockwell (traditional & nostalgic)

2nd: Randy Kelley (694 Orange Street)
3rd: John and Cathy Zangri (330 Piatt Avenue)
Clark Griswold Award (excessive use of outdoor lighting and decorations)
1st: Charles Kennedy (747 Jefferson Avenue)
2nd: Heath and Heather Helterbrand (345 Plyleys Lane)
3rd: Randy Dunham (137 Sharon Road)
All winners will be featured on the holiday lights tour.
