Chillicothe Mayor Luke Feeney has praise for city council's proactive approach to the future of some of the city building properties.
He says council has taken steps to seek direction for assessing properties the city owns and whether these properties should be renovated or sold.
The mayor says the committee on the city's strategic planning recently held their first meeting, and he hopes recommendations can be made within the next few months.
