A nationally known author and expert on downtown retail building improvements, will be among several to visit Chillicothe October 15th-16th. Bob Gibbs, author of Principles of Urban Retail Planning and Development, will be visiting Chillicothe along with the National Town Builders Association.
Gibbs says Chillicothe's history is an ideal catalyst for retail development.
Gibbs will speak at a public gathering at Majestic Theatre this Sunday at 7pm.
