The sale of the Chillicothe Gazette's West Main Street headquarters is now complete. The Gazette reports the building, modeled after Ohio's original Statehouse, has been sold to Landmark Properties Group, LLC for $325,000.
The paper says it will retain space in the building for its staff and its distribution operation, but the rest will be used to house a high-end antiques auction company, which is expected to be operation by January.
