Amy Combs, Homeless Coordinator for the Chillicothe VA says there will be resources for the homeless in Yoctangee Park Friday September 29th as a part of the VA’s Stand Down to Homelessness Event.
This is the ninth year for the event, which is not just for veterans but anyone who is among Chillicothe’s homeless.
Combs talks about the resources being made available from 10am-3pm Friday, including haircuts as well as handouts of hygiene items.
