Bystanders who were witnesses to a traffic accident Wednesday afternoon on Bridge Street, lifted a van off one of the victims pinned beneath the van after it rolled over.
Chillicothe Police say Lowell Ford was pinned under the van he was in after it rolled over. Ford was flown to a Columbus hospital, where he's in "critical condition". Scott Feasel of Columbus was driving a car that was also involved in the two-vehicle crash. Feasel was sent to Adena Medical Center. He has a broken femur.
