Brandon Woolridge (Piketon) fired a 39 to take medalist honors as he and his RedStreaks teammates took the first SVC Golf match of the season at Dogwood Hills Tuesday.
Piketon carded a team low 173 for the match win ahead of Unioto (175) and third place Westfall (177). Zane Trace (202) and Huntington (234) rounded out the team field scoring. Adena, Southeastern and Paint Valley competed with just three players each instead of the standard five man team.
Tyler Schobelock (Unioto) and Brayton Felger (Westfall) carded 40s, just missing Woolridge’s 39.
The next SVC match will be held at Pickaway Country Club in Circleville on August 22nd.
