August 23rd-25th, First Baptist Church at 65 West 4th Street in Chillicothe will hold their 2nd annual Women's Conference called "Sisters Transformed for Kingdom Service".
Reverend Eric C. Carson talks about how the conference came about and its purpose. Viki Snow says conference registration is $25 per person. Each day the conference will have special speakers on touch on a number of issues impacting their communities.
There will also be evening services which are open to the public. Saturday August 26th will feature a Transformers Honorary Luncheon at the Chillicothe Country Club. Six women who have aided in transforming the lives of citizens in the local and surrounding communities will be honored.
