A woman who fled from a halfway house in Chillicothe on Sunday night was found in Hillsboro, Tuesday. Authorities said Lisa Davis, 39, fled the Terry Collins Entry Center, where she had been staying for a felony drug possession charge, at around 11 p.m.
Police said they found a vehicle registered to Davis's family business on S. Glenn Street in Hillsboro two days later.
Authorities said Davis was found inside the building, and she was arrested and taken to the Highland County Jail to await extradition to Ross County.
