The Chillicothe Post of the State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a two vehicle injury crash that occurred on Spargursville Road in Ross County, Wednesday.
At approximately 2:45 p.m., 33-year-old Lacee M. Seymour, of Bainbridge, was operating a 2002 Suzuki Esteem southbound, while 30-year-old Joseph D. Collett, of Bainbridge, was operating a 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier northbound on Spargursville Road. Ms. Seymour drove her vehicle left of center, striking Mr. Collett’s vehicle head-on.
Ms. Seymour, as well as Mr. Collett’s passengers, 25-year-old Alex W. Massie, of Bainbridge, and 27-year-old Keith A. Newland Jr., of Chillicothe, were all transported to the Adena Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Collett was injured but refused medical treatment at the scene. Ms. Seymour and Mr. Newland were transported to Grant Medical Center for further evaluation.
Twin Township EMS and Fire Department responded to the scene to assist.
