Chillicothe Council Postponed to Thursday: $75M Budget

Chillicothe Council meets in their last regular session of the year (postponed from Monday) at 7 tonight with eight items on their agenda.

They are expected to pass the $75 million dollar budget for 2023.

Up for first reading is a Water Pollution Control Loan Fund agreement to fund rebuilding the city sewer plant, as well as the second of three proposed ordinances to update the nuisance code.

Up for third and final reading is is an appropriation of $16,000 for plaster and painting repair to the Municipal Building.
