Chillicothe Council meets in regular session at 7:00 tonight with only three items on their agenda.
Up for third and final reading is amending the definition of nuisance abatement and repeat nuisance services.
Up for second reading is appropriating $16,000 for plaster and painting at the City Administration Building
Additionally, the Finance Committee is discussing next year's city budget and a year-end payroll request, and the Utilities Committee is discussing water and sewer rates at 6:30, both before the council session.
