Chillicothe Council meets in regular session at 7:00 Monday night with an agenda of 12 items.
Up for third reading is:
- an appropriation of more than $22,000 of insurance reimbursement to replace a totaled Police cruiser.
Up for second reading is:
- an appropriation of $80,000 for Code Enforcement and Information Technology services
- an application for an Ohio EPA loan to fund the wastewater treatment plant improvements
Up for first reading is:
- reallocating $10,000 of Municipal Court capital funds
The livestock and homeless camp ordinances remain committed (essentially tabled).
